When will I receive my items?
All our clothing and products are custom made. Every clothing item is individually printed, cut, and sewn one at a time. After you place your order, we will create your unique products. After this crafting period, your order will be shipped, and you'll receive a tracking ID. Specific shipping times are listed within the shipping tab of each product. Some items, such as Dream Cloaks require a longer crafting period than items such as tribal pillows, for example. Here's a summary:
Refunds and Exchanges

We will work closely with your shipper to ensure that your packages arrive as quickly as possible. However, once the shipper has taken possession of the package, it's under their control. For that reason, we can't be responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipper once a package is in transit. We reserve the right to determine if packages are still in transit or if they should be considered lost.
My order says "delivered," but I haven't receive it. What should I do?
USPS, UPS, and DHL occasionally send premature delivery notices. If this happens, the package usually arrives within a few days. If your package still hasn't arrived within that timeframe, please contact the shipper's facility by phone or email to inquire about your package's location. Once tracking for an order indicates "delivered," we must defer to the shipping carrier to resolve this issue.
Reporting a Package Missing or Stolen:
Please contact the appropriate shipper via telephone or email to report that your package is missing or stolen. The shipper will open an investigation and issue a case number.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address:
Please double check your shipping address at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, we can't be responsible for an order not being received due to an inaccurate or incomplete address provided by the customer at time of purchase.
