To offer prompt shipping, orders go immediately into the order-processing queue. Orders once placed may not be cancelled. However, if you make a mistake ordering and contact us immediately, we may be able to adjust the size of the order, such as changing a small shirt to a medium shirt.

You can calculate shipping costs in real time in your shopping cart. Shipping is based on a number of factors, including location, weight, number of items purchased, and size. The easiest way to calculate shipping costs is to use our real-time shopping-cart shipping calculator.
For logistical reasons, items within one order may be sent in separate packages. Each item is sent immediately after production to ensure that it arrives as quickly as possible.
All our clothing and products are custom made. Every clothing item is individually printed, cut, and sewn one at a time. After you place your order, we will create your unique products. After this crafting period, your order will be shipped, and you'll receive a tracking ID. Specific shipping times are listed within the shipping tab of each product. Some items, such as Dream Cloaks require a longer crafting period than items such as tribal pillows, for example. Here's a summary:
Currently, we only ship to the US although a select number of items also ship to Canada. We'll be expanding to international shipping soon.
Yes, we'll keep you updated about your order, including tracking numbers when it ships. Please log into your account at any time to get a progress and shipping update. We need 2-7 days to custom craft your unique items, so please don't be concerned if you don't see a tracking number immediately.
