Sacred Surreal is a labor of love for us, and more than just a business. We'll do everything possible and reasonable to ensure that you love your experience shopping with us. If for any reason you don't, please contact our customer service team and we'll do our best to sort out any issues and arrive at a good solution with you.
Product Quality and Integrity
We stand behind our product quality and we care about your experience shopping with us. In the very unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, flawed product, or an incorrect item, we'll take care of you by offering a free replacement item or refund on the affected item(s). Reach out to us
To be eligible for a return, please be sure that your item is unused, in its original condition, and is in its original packaging. For damaged or defective items, please provide customer support with this information within 14 days of receipt of your purchase:
1) A brief description of the issue
2) A clear photo of the damage or error
3) Your order ID and date of purchase
After filling out our Return Authorization Form, please allow a few business days for us to review your information and respond with next steps. Once approved, we'll offer a store credit or an exchange. Returns can take up to 5 business days to process, from receipt of returned goods. Please note that shipping costs are non refundable and that you would be responsible for return postage.
Orders Not Received
If your item has not arrived within 30 days, please use our Contact Us form for assistance. We'll do our best to resolve this expediently. If your order shows "delivered" but you didn't receive it, please contact your local courier to file a claim.
We can't be responsible if the address provided to us isn't correct or the package is delivered to an incorrect address. If you accidentally made an address error, please contact us before an order ships.
Custom Products and Returns
Since your order is custom printed, cut, and sewn just for you, please choose the right size and style to fit you. Reach out to us if you have questions. Sizing guides are available on all sized products. Just click the Size Tab on the product's page. We can only process a return in the event of a damaged, flawed, or incorrect item being received. We can't accept exchanges or returns due to issues of taste, style, esthetic preferences, design, size, etc. We represent products as accurately as we can, but colors may vary due to different computer monitors displaying colors differently.
